• My bulb is not charging. What’s the solution?
  • Make sure you’re using a USB-C cable and a 5V/2A power adapter.
  • If the issue persists, contact us with a photo or video of the problem for a replacement.
• My Wall Sconce doesn’t stay on the wall. What should I do?

  Check the surface: Ensure it is clean and dry.

  Use screws: Provided in the package for extra stability.

  Double the adhesive: Use two 3M adhesive patches per lamp for better grip.

• Where are your products made?

  Our products are designed in Sweden and manufactured in certified partner factories abroad to ensure top quality and competitive prices.

• How can I extend the life of my LED bulbs?

  Fully charge the bulbs before first use.

  Avoid completely draining the battery.

  Clean the connectors regularly.
